CheckIn is committed to protecting user privacy. This document details how we collect, store and use information.

When registering for the Platform, the user is required to provide:
Full name and email address.
Phone number (for verification and contact purposes).
Payment method details (if needed, for security purposes only).
Additionally, automatic information is collected during use: browsing data (pages viewed, searches), device characteristics (type, operating system, IP), and Cookie files.
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
Operating the user account and providing proper service.
Processing and confirming bookings.
Improving user experience and the Platform.
Sending updates, service notifications and promotions (subject to user consent).
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Upon registration, the user may consent to receiving marketing content and Platform updates via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

These provisions are subject to the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982.

Service providers acting on behalf of the company (payment processing, cloud services).

Dispute between a property owner and guest.
Significant corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, dissolution).
Property owners will receive relevant guest details for booking management purposes.
CheckIn employs up-to-date security measures to protect personal information, including encryption and access control.
No system can guarantee absolute immunity. The company bears no responsibility for damages caused by a breach beyond its control.
In the event of a security incident, the company will act in accordance with legal requirements and notify affected users.
The Platform uses Cookie files and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze traffic.
The user may configure their browser to reject Cookies, although this may impair some Platform functions.
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the user is entitled to:
Review information held about them.
Request correction, update or deletion of information.
Revoke consent to receive direct marketing at any time.
