The use of the CheckIn application and website (hereinafter: "the Platform"), which constitutes an Israeli digital space for short-term property rentals, including BNBs, vacation homes, apartments and various accommodation units, is subject to these terms of use and all applicable laws. Use of the Platform constitutes explicit consent to the terms detailed below.

Use of the Platform is permitted for adults (age 18 and above) with legal capacity, or for legally registered corporations.

CheckIn operates the Platform as an online marketplace connecting property owners with potential guests. The company is not a party to transactions made between property owners and guests and serves solely as an intermediary platform.

The company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes consent to the updated version.

"Platform" – The CheckIn application, website, and any associated services.
"User" – Any person browsing the Platform, whether as a guest or property owner.
"Property Owner" – An entity offering a property for short-term rental through the Platform.
"Guest" – A user making a reservation to stay at a property listed on the Platform.
"Content" – Any material published on the Platform including photos, texts, prices and dates.

Content displayed on the Platform regarding properties is provided by property owners under their sole responsibility. The company does not verify all details and bears no responsibility for their accuracy, completeness or currency.

The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from reliance on content published on the Platform by property owners.

Transactions between guests and property owners are conducted directly between the parties. The company is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for their existence, execution or outcomes.

The service is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of continuous availability, information accuracy or complete immunity from technical malfunctions.

The Platform enables searching, comparing and booking short-term rental properties throughout Israel.

Displayed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may be changed by property owners. The binding price is the one confirmed at the booking completion stage.

For some properties you may be asked to provide payment method details for security purposes only. Final charges are made according to the property owner's terms.

When making a booking, the responsibility for verifying all stay details (arrival times, included services, policies) lies with the guest.

The cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the cancellation terms set by the property owner.

Requests for cancellation or modification should be directed to the property owner. The company is not a party to the transaction and does not process cancellations.

In case of no-show without notice, the payment method provided for security may be charged according to the agreed cancellation terms.

The user undertakes:

Not to publish false, misleading, offensive, racist, pornographic content or content that infringes on third-party rights.
Not to perform actions that may disrupt the Platform's operation.
To keep their account access details confidential.
Not to impersonate another person or use false identity details.

The user shall bear full responsibility for any damage caused as a result of breaching their obligations, and shall be required to indemnify the company accordingly.

A property owner publishing on the Platform undertakes:

That all information published – prices, availability, photos and services – shall be accurate, complete and current.
To update the listing immediately upon any change in property or service details.
Not to publish a fictitious property.
To publish a clear cancellation policy in accordance with legal requirements.
Not to discriminate against guests based on race, gender, nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation or any parameter prohibited by law.

The company may remove a listing and/or block a property owner who has breached their obligations, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform – including design, code, branding, logo, the CheckIn product name and information organization – belong exclusively to the company.

No copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use of Platform content is permitted without prior written approval from the company.

Content uploaded by property owners remains the property of the content uploaders, but they grant the company a license to use it for Platform operation purposes.

The user undertakes to indemnify and defend the company, its employees, officers and shareholders, against any claim, damage, legal expense or other arising from: misuse of the Platform; breach of these terms of use; infringement of third-party rights; illegal activity conducted through the user's account.

These terms of use shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be adjudicated in the competent courts in Israel.
